Rullion, a leading recruitment business, is acting as a contractor to recruit a Materials/Warehouse Technician for a nuclear generation client at Torness, Scotland. The role supports safe stock management and maintenance operations.
Role responsibilities
- Receipt and inspection of spares and materials, reviewing documentation for specification compliance.
- Issue and return of spare parts and materials.
- Cycle counting and warehouse parts life management.
- General warehouse duties, interacting with goods deliveries and collections.
- Use of forklift trucks for parts management and logistics.
- Undertake necessary admin tasks.
Qualifications & skills
- Experience working in a parts warehouse/logistics environment.
- Ability to interpret and interrogate product datasheets, certification and general spreadsheet data.
