By delegation from the Engineering Manager, Construction Services, the Materials Technician provides effective and competent support to Intertek Testing Services NA Ltd. in a safe, legal, and ethical manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory and field materials testing on concrete, soil and aggregate materials to meet CCIL certification for concrete and aggregate.
• Perform field and laboratory testing on materials and geotechnical projects for clients throughout the Greater Vancouver Area.
• Carry out field material sampling on geotechnical projects in coordination with the Engineering Manager, Laboratory Supervisor, and clients.
