**General Fuction**:- Accountable for to provide urgencies & priorities for the Production Planner to include in the weekly production plan, update, and inform to the operations team.
- Attend team meetings with information about daily sales, Past Due, OTD, inventory level, making sure its reported into the plant dashboards.
- Make daily sales reports and waterfall analysis to identify weekly variations analysis.
- Define production priorities based on material ETA, customer special requirements and recovery plans.
- Ensure the production plan include normal and special customer instructions.
- Keep the CSR team informed about status.
- Attend meeting with support teams for products in production, NPI and transfer projects.
- Accountable for an on-time and accurate communication with CSR team and Account Manager.
- Maintain OTD above 90%.
