The role is responsible for developing, directing, and coordinating material planning activities and enhancing customer service levels by balancing supply and demand.

Typical Day & Responsibilities

• Direct the team in using best practices for the daily execution of finished goods and WIP planning.
• Manage, coach, and mentor the team while working with them on continuous development and performance management.
• Direct activities of planners to ensure inventory levels and turnover goals are achieved, including reducing backorders and enhancing customer service.
