About this Position
Accountable for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Material Planners to ensure robust, accurate, and timely mid‑and short‑term material planning for the coming 0‑18 months. Responsible for creating team capability, optimizing planning performance, ensuring supply continuity, and aligning planning outcomes with S&OP, Supply Review, and business priorities.

Leadership & People Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Material Planners, building capability in mid‑and short‑term material planning. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and ensure effective performance management, coaching, and skills development.
- Ensure adequate resource allocation, workflow prioritization, and resilience within the planning team.
