Materials Management (Ciudad Juárez)

Provides administrative support to ensure the main metrics required, such as optimizing inventories to meet customer requirements and SOPs without excess or obsolescence, forecasting supplier demand based on MRP demands (SAP), measuring KPIs, and maintaining a scorecard for the team. Ensures service, effective communication, and support to the main internal client. Works hand in hand with the Purchasing Manager to ensure timely delivery of the main reports and assignments.

• Ensure the correct planning releases of purchased parts are sent by the team.
• Ensure a safe launch for all new products from the Purchasing side.
• Manage the packaging inventory for all FG demands.
• Coordinate Engineering changes from the Purchasing side, ensuring close communication with the Engineering team.
