Job Title: Materials Coordinator
Primary Location: North Vancouver, British Columbia
Estimated Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities
- Assists in training and mentoring other material coordinators and tradespeople on department procedures, project plans and systems.
- Assists with toolcrib supervision, set up and organization of temporary facilities and tool management systems.
- Completes assigned entries into the material/tool management systems.
- Creates requisitions and blanket order releases for temporary materials and services.
- Submits approved requisitions to procurement for action and blanket order releases to supplier for action.
- Proactively expedites requisition approvals, outstanding or overdue orders, schedules deliveries and resolves material discrepancies with suppliers/procurement client to meet project schedule requirements. Dispatches carriers for...
