The LEMS Field Material Coordinator supports field execution and project controls by collecting, validating, and coding daily LEMS tickets (labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor dockets). This role ensures accurate, contract-compliant field cost capture, maintains strong document control/audit trails, and produces daily/weekly dashboards to support cost reporting, productivity tracking, and forecasting for industrial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and validate daily LEMS tickets (labor timesheets, equipment hours, material issues/receipts, subcontractor dockets) from site contractors.
- Ensure tickets are aligned to WBS/CBS, cost codes, activity IDs, cost types, and contract structures.
- Verify tickets against contract terms including rates, markups, thresholds, standby rules, shift premiums, and charge-out policies.
