Material Review Board (MRB) Engineer

As part of the Material Review Board (MRB) activities, analyze and disposition non-conformance reports related to aircraft structures, systems, and interiors during production, integration, testing, and delivery phases.

Collaborate closely with Operations, Methods, and Quality teams to provide effective technical support. Work with engineering specialists from various disciplines (structures, systems, stress, stability and control, flammability, etc.) to identify optimal technical solutions. Interface with suppliers when components fall under their design authority. Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and reference documents to ensure compliance with design intent when evaluating repairs, replacements, or non-conformance dispositions.
