Job Responsibilities

Manages complex projects and/or programs or manages teams that execute projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services. Handles escalations, resolves issues, and takes corrective actions if required.

• Coordinates with multiple stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project/program issues and decisions and ensure progress.
• Leads review with executives and department leads for large‐scale programs, providing transparency into the health, risk, and financials of individual projects.
• Discusses program level milestones, prioritizes deliverables, as needed, to meet strategic needs.
• Advises and mentors the project/program management teams, providing guidance and coaching on best practices, cultivating project/program management Center of Excellence (CoE) or Community of Practice (CoP).
