Material Planner (Ciudad Juárez)

Job Summary

Facilitates an auto replenishment supply program to provide timely receipt of production materials to meet customer needs. Initiates continual improvement within IATF ***** and follows environmental requirements within ISO *****, comply with the requirements of BASC-CTPAT. To fulfill the roles and responsibilities related to the protection of the environment.

Principal Responsibilities

• Confirm with vendors that they download their requirement schedules from the portal every Tuesday to ensure the manufacture and shipment of raw materials for production purposes; for the cases that the supplier doesn't work with the portal, the planner should send manual orders or forecast to supplier so they can produce and ship accordingly.
• Analyses on hand material inventories and production demands to identify and correct any shortages or excesses that would negatively impact production schedules and operational costs. Notifying of issues to pe...
