Material Manager/Supply Chain Manager (Ciudad Apodaca)

Position Overview
Telemecanique Sensors, a globally recognized brand under the YAGEO Group, is seeking a qualified Supply Chain Manager.
The role is full‐time, 100% on‐site, located at our offices in Apodaca, NL.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and optimize the flow of materials, products, and information from suppliers to the end customer.
Manage inbound and outbound movements of materials (receiving, warehouse, shipments) at the plant and Distribution Centers.
Operate internal planning for the plant and Distribution Centers.
Lead and develop a team, including goal setting, performance management, skills development, recognition, engagement, and well‐being.
Manage performance and productivity of resources in warehouse and MPH.
Control logistics costs, ensuring on‐time deliveries by managing internal and external resources.
Improve plant flow performance – queue length, MPH, pull flow, storage efficiency, etc.
