Functions
- Manage the material management processes within the order management, ensuring efficient performance.
- Monitor regularly the order status and provide updates in the business.
- Receive, track and validate the orders and confirm delivery dates.
- Take actions where appropriate to resolve any delivery conflict in a timely manner.
- Liaise with stakeholders and departments on a regular basis to resolve any queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business or technical discipline (e.g., operations management or supply chain management).
- Advanced Excel functionality.
- Strongly required Advanced English and Spanish.
- Analysis capacity.
- Communication skills.
- Innovation and digitalization mindset.
- Self motivation.
