About the job

Located in Zaragoza, the purpose of this position is to ensure an efficient material management process in the Motion Division. This involves confirming delivery dates and continuously tracking orders and status of the orders. Appropriate actions will need to be taken to secure delivery dates with key partners and resolve any resulting problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the material management processes within the order management, ensuring efficient performance.
• Monitor regularly the order status and provide updates in the business.
• Receive, track and validate orders and confirm delivery dates.
• Take actions where appropriate to resolve any delivery conflict in a timely manner.
