Material Management Specialist (Carballedo)

Located in Zaragoza, the purpose of this position is to ensure an efficient material management process in the Motion Division.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the material management processes within the order management, ensuring efficient performance.
2. Monitor regularly the order status and provide updates in the business.
3. Receive, track and validate the orders and confirm delivery dates.
4. Take appropriate actions to resolve any delivery conflict in a timely manner.
5. Liaise with stakeholders and departments on a regular basis to resolve any queries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or technical discipline (e.g., Operations Management or Supply Chain Management).
• Advanced Excel functionality.
• Strong proficiency in English and Spanish.
