- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all material handling activities, including loading, hauling, stockpiling, blending, and coal dispatch operations.
- Ensure efficient and safe operations by monitoring daily production against mining plans and KPIs, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement.
- Optimise equipment utilisation, productivity, and cost per tonne moved through effective production planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate activities between mining, processing, logistics, maintenance, and contractors to ensure seamless operations and consistent coal supply to the wash plant and customers.
- Ensure coal quality compliance through effective stockpile management and adherence to production requirements.
