Material Handling Engineer – Development & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Design and develop material handling systems including conveyors, cranes, hoists, automated storage and bulk material systems.
• Translate operational requirements into engineered solutions, layouts and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate material handling solutions into broader facility and infrastructure designs.
• Support project delivery through calculations, drawings, cost estimates and technical reports.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, safety and reliability.
• Participate in site visits, inspections and commissioning activities to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Apply industry standards, codes and best practices to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.
