Reporting to the Manager, Adult Outpatient - Mental Health & Addictions, you will integrate your Master’s degree in Social Work and two years of clinical experience to serve adults with Tier-3 mental disorders. Collaboration in consultation groups and adhering to clinical care pathways are integral to this position’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
