• Develop and maintain the factory master production schedule (MPS).
• Analyze manufacturing capacity, including labor, equipment, and shift structures.
• Build and manage Excel-based models to simulate manufacturing processes.
• Track performance metrics like OTD and backlogs and adjust schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with supply chain, purchasing, and inventory teams.
• Align production with demand forecasts through SIOP/MPS processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on schedule adherence and capacity.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for on-time delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
