Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing, Collating & Reviewing Site data - Survey Plan, Contour Data, Revenue records and digital/ GIS map, to finalize Site plan and boundaries as per ground conditions.
- Preparing design basis report, area calculations based on Site Analysis. Infrastructure assessment & requirements based on population density. Working knowledge of Infrastructure networks, Road sections showing services, landscape, lighting & coordinated Infra plans.
- Knowledge of Building byelaws, development control regulations. Conversant with statutory planning authorities like ITPI, Urban Design Guidelines (Streetscapes, Public Amenities, Universal access).
- Collaborates with project teams to develop and integrate MEP/ PHE plans. Coordinates with sub consultants PHE / Electrical / Plumbing to develop designs, resolve spatial conflicts and optimize system layouts w.r.t. Master Plan.
