Master Data Specialist (Vaughan)

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Master Data Specialist is responsible for overseeing ensuring all item data is maintained accurately and efficiently among all systems, understanding the impacts of the Master Data and providing guidance to other departments regarding Master Data and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the master data in the manufacturing ERP system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance, program managers, engineering and supply chain teams to define item attributes, such as part numbers, descriptions, units of measure and categorization.
• Maintenance of vendor information for purchased SKUs.
• Ownership of configurators in the ERP system.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of item data by conducting regular audits and validations.
• Maintain pricing lists in the ERP system.
