Job Description

• Lays and bonds bricks, stones, and concrete blocks for dams, canals, and reservoir structures
• Prepares mortar and concrete mixes according to project standards
• Reads and interprets construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Builds, repairs, and maintains walls, floors, and other masonry structures on-site
• Ensures durability, alignment, and quality of masonry work
• Follows Philippine workplace safety standards and uses protective gear.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or TESDA-accredited vocational training in masonry or construction
• Proven experience in masonry work, preferably in civil works or reservoir projects in the Philippines
• Skilled in mortar preparation, brick/block laying, and concrete work
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and blueprints
