Role Overview
The Martech Operation Specialist supports the Marketing Centre of Excellence with hands‑on technical marketing operations across HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, GA4, tracking, workflows, QA, and platform configuration. The role focuses on investigating issues, identifying root causes, proposing fixes, and standardizing scalable ways of working across brands.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues across HubSpot, GTM, GA4, Google Ads, consent tools, and reporting platforms.
- Build, maintain, and QA tags, triggers, variables, events, conversions, workflows, properties, and lifecycle‑stage logic.
- Analyse discrepancies between tools, identify root causes, and recommend practical next steps.
- Support HubSpot configuration, CRM hygiene, workflow logic, deduplication rules, lead routing, and naming conventions.
