Role Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join the Specialty – Construction Practice at Marsh in Johannesburg. This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the office at least three days a week, and the successful candidate will lead the Marsh Africa Construction practice.
Responsibilities
- Managing an existing team of senior, mid‑tier and junior construction specialists supporting clients across the Continent
- Monthly revenue reporting/forecasting and annual budget planning
- Full P&L accountability for achieving client service revenue budget, client retention and new/expanded business targets
- Full P&L accountability for Net Operating Income and other margin targets
- Design and deliver a comprehensive, end‑to‑end client service proposition
