Senior Manager, Market Access (Europe)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Market Access to help shape and execute European market access strategies for innovative therapies across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EU market access strategy for assigned products
• Drive pricing and reimbursement planning across European markets
• Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, HEOR, and Integral Market Access teams
• Manage external vendors and key market access deliverables
• Contribute to value dossiers, budget impact models, and evidence generation plans

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access roles
• Experience supporting launches and commercialization planning
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills
• Ability to turn complex clinical/economic data into clear strategic insights
