JOB SUMMARY
The Marketplace Head is the primary growth driver of Snapmart’s 3P seller business. This role is equal parts hunter, strategist, and leader, relentlessly building a seller ecosystem that generates real, measurable revenue for Landers.ph. You will own the full seller lifecycle: from prospecting and deal-closing, to onboarding, activation, and sustained GMV performance. You are accountable not just for how many sellers you bring in, but for how much they sell.
