Marketplace Growth & Analytics Analyst

DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Marketplace Operations Senior Analyst to design scalable processes, drive growth, and analyze performance across city and regional markets. You will work with Supply Growth, Marketing, CX, and regional ops to uncover opportunities and optimize city-level outcomes.

The role requires 2–4 years of analytics or ops experience, strong Excel/SQL/Python skills, and excellent communication. A degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
