The Marketing Transformation Specialist is a strategic individual contributor responsible for driving marketing transformation across East Asia. The role owns Annual Marketing & Sales Plan (AMSP) for East Asia Marketing, designs end to end marketing ways of working and ensures marketing investments are aligned with country business priorities, with a strong focus on quality, impact, and speed. The role drives initiatives end to end, from strategy and planning, through execution enablement with Centre of Excellence (Segment & Digital), to campaign impact reporting. It acts as the architect and enabler of how marketing is planned, delivered, and measured across the region.
