This document defines the specific, measurable expectations for the Market Manager role at Shamrock. It exists to create clarity on what success looks like, provide a shared framework for regular coaching conversations, and give both leadership and the Market Manager a common standard to work from.
Both sides share responsibility for making this work: leadership commits to providing the coaching, tools, escalation support, and reasonable workload that make these standards achievable. The Market Manager commits to operating with ownership, proactivity, and professionalism.
