Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Content Creation Platform Operations:
Manage and grow the company's presence across key platforms in Singapore, specifically Xiaohongshu (Red), Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Content Production: Photograph and film completed renovation projects, showroom setups, and material samples. Create engaging visual content (reels, carousels, before/after transformations).
Copywriting: Write compelling, localized captions in both English and Mandarin to appeal to Singaporean homeowners (BTO/Resale HDB, Condos, and Landed properties).
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and inquiries promptly to convert followers into leads.
2 Market Research & Data Analysis
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' pricing, promotional strategies, and custom-furniture trends in Singapore.
