Salmon is looking for an experienced Marketing Research Manager to lead and grow our marketing research function.
This is a unique opportunity for a research leader who enjoys building, not just managing. You'll play a critical role in establishing research processes, developing team capabilities, and ensuring that customer and market insights drive business decisions across Marketing, Brand, Growth, and Leadership teams.
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, embraces ambiguity, and can turn complex business questions into actionable insights. You will lead a team of researchers while building the systems, standards, and workflows needed to scale a high‑impact research function.
