Marketing performance operations lead

Purpose
The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is the architect and operator of the systems, data, and processes that power Worldpanel by Numerator's global marketing engine. This role ensures operational excellence across marketing technology, automation, analytics, and campaign performance.
A hands-on leader with a passion for process and technology, this person connects platforms, people, and performance enabling digital-first marketing execution across regions.

Responsibilities

Marketing Technology & Systems Management
Own the global marketing technology stack — including Marketo, Salesforce, Conductor (SEO), Word Press, Goldcast and Lean Data — ensuring seamless integrations, data accuracy, and system reliability.
Oversee platform governance, user access, data hygiene, workflow automation, and troubleshooting to maintain operational integrity.
