Duties and Responsibilities
- Configure and manage the Salesforce marketing automation platform used to send emails, orchestrate customer journeys, and manage customer data
- Design and implement automated marketing programs and campaigns that support demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement
- Develop and optimize audience segments, subscriptions, consent, data enrichment, and identity rules to ensure communications are delivered to the right people at the right time
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to translate business goals into scalable marketing automation and activation programs
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives aiming to further develop and optimize the use and value of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360
