Marketing Operations Analyst, Associate (Monterrey)

The Marketing Operations Analyst, Associate is responsible for day(1)to-day marketing campaign operations using Marketo and other campaign tools at Epicor. The role includes audience selection, targeting, campaign design, execution, and measurement.

• Assist and proactively analyze and interpret behaviors and patterns that make customers successful to retain them.
• Establish analytics to understand the metrics at which inbound marketing activity turns into customers.
• Help in strategy design for nurturing sales leads through a mix of content and other calls-to-action.
• Provide best practices and make proactive recommendations on new trends and market conditions.
