ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Assist in scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Manage Instagram Stories and ensure a consistent daily brand presence.
- Monitor comments, messages, tagged content and community engagement.
- Assist in maintaining the social media content calendar.
- Write and adapt captions for posts and Stories, ensuring they align with the brand's tone of voice.
- Monitor social media trends and proactively suggest new content ideas and formats.

- Coordinate newsletter assets with the Creative Manager.
- Assist the Head of Marketing in newsletter campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
