About the role
You'll be the marketing operations lead across the business portfolio group of companies. You'll work alongside our co‑founders on master marketing strategy, then you'll execute. Day‑to‑day you'll coordinate content shoots, manage written content, run analytics and reporting, plan paid ad strategy, manage influencer relationships, and keep everything we produce on calendar and on brand.
You'll work with our full‑time video editor, two videographers capturing content daily, our Chief of Staff who handles scheduling, and the leadership group. Your job is to make this team produce great work consistently and to keep raising the bar.
What you’ll actually do
- Build annual + quarterly marketing plans with the partners and operating CEOs
