Job Description
1. Support at Service Shop
- To support front line duties at service shop, attending to walk-in customers on purchase, sales enquiries and redemption
- Assist in organizing events to drive awareness and traffic to service shop
2. Promotion & Campaigns
- Create engaging media content on social media
- Coordinate on photo/video shooting
- Work with supplier on POSM production, coordinating with supplier and agency
- Support in driving promotion plans for customer service products & services
