Drumelia is the leading luxury real estate agency on the Costa del Sol. Our marketing team is hands-on, content-driven, and works closely with sales and property teams to bring the best of Marbella to a sophisticated international audience.
We're looking for a Marketing Intern who wants to learn how a high-performing marketing team actually works — not by observing, but by doing.
THE ROLE
You'll work on real projects from day one, across:
Content creation and coordination — video, social media
Digital marketing and campaign support — across our owned channels
Market research and data-driven projects — competitive analysis, audience insights, performance reviews
Cross-team collaboration — working alongside our sales and property teams
