1. Performance Marketing & CAC Tracking
• Track and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across paid channels
• Monitor campaign performance (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Build simple dashboards and weekly performance reports
• Identify levers to reduce CAC and improve conversions
2. Creative Testing
• Plan and test different ad creatives
• Analyze what messaging works best (emotion vs logic, product vs story, etc.)
• A/B test hooks, thumbnails, captions
• Work closely with founders to iterate fast
3. Video Editing
• Edit short-form videos for ads (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
• Cut testimonials, product demos, and founder stories
• Optimize videos for performance (retention, hook, CTA)
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips
4. Email Marketing
