Typical Accountabilities

1. Launch Excellence

-Assist line manager to build & execute launch capabilities development plan for all CFTs related to launch excellence. (Identify insights, analyze internal & external factors, build strategic plan, execute, monitor impact & adjust)-Assist line manager to build up & roll out Vietnam Launch Excellence framework align with global Launch excellence framework and follow up to ensure practical application from launch team-Monitor Launch process & prepare report to update with senior leader-Join in community across market which related to launch to identify best practice sharing suitable for Vietnam situation

2. Marketing capabilities

-Assist line manager to build & execute Marketing capability development plan (Identify insights, analyze internal & external factors, build strategic plan, execute, monitor impact & adjust)-Creates a design and format of different training programs for MKT based on busin...
