Marketing Data Specialist

This role will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance across multiple digital channels. The role will work closely with the Marketing Lead and Marketing Manager to turn campaign data into actionable insights, improve marketing effectiveness, and support data-driven business decisions.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance across digital channels, including email marketing campaigns, EDMs, advertising campaigns, and other customer acquisition initiatives.
• Prepare daily marketing performance reports covering key metrics such as campaign reach, click-through rate, conversion rate, engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign targeting, timing, messaging, audience engagement, and overall performance.
