Basic Function / Job Summary
Reporting to the COO and co‑managing the department with the Marketing Strategist, the Senior Content Lead acts as Editor‑in‑Chief and Creative Director. The role is responsible for developing the overarching content strategy, managing the editorial calendar, and ensuring that all creative output—text, visual, and video—aligns strictly with the brand’s voice and business objectives. The Senior Content Lead supervises the Content Production Team, overseeing quality control, workflow optimization, and integration of Generative A.I. tools to scale production while maintaining brand authenticity.
