Aramark is recruiting a Marketing and Growth Manager to drive primary revenue growth of the University Club restaurant while building the events business and supporting operational execution. This role is designed to increase daily restaurant utilization and profitability while strengthening the overall guest experience and event pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Drive primary revenue growth of the University Club restaurant through targeted marketing, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives
- Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, visit frequency, and average spend
- Build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, alumni, and the local community to increase awareness and utilization
