Market Manager (Services)

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Market Manager (Services) for a 12 months extendable contract role, this is for a well known Travel/Hospitality client. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping Hosts improve performance, optimise pricing and achieve growth, while also running scalable programs like webinars and email campaigns.

What Will You Do

• Build strong, lasting relationships with Hosts through regular check-ins and occasional in-person meetings.
• Identify growth opportunities and guide Hosts to improve performance.
• Run one-to-many education initiatives to support multiple Hosts at scale.
• Share feedback and insights with internal teams to improve tools and programs.

What Do You Need

• 6+ years in account management, partner or customer success roles.
• Ideal candidates bring platform/marketplace experience
• Data-driven (SQL a strong plus) and experienced in partner/account management....
