**General Description**:The Market Intelligence - Advertising Research Team is responsible for bringing customer knowledge into the organization by making proposals / recommendations based on customer insight, market / social trends, and brand aspiration.To do this, we conduct several studies and analysis ranging from ethnographical, market segmentation, tracking surveys, concept studies, product clinics, among others.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct a wide range of consumer studies (Qualitative and Quantitative) aligned with region and global strategy.
- Propose and execute analysis that brings new insights to the business and internal clients.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose ways in which MI can support them.
- Overseeing Brand Tracking efforts to ensure consistent performance insights.
- Managing relations with external vendors to optimize service delivery.
