Your Role And Responsibilities

• Lead the Energy Segment within the Market Development team in ABB Marine Propulsion from a global perspective.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders, open doors to new opportunities and drive the segment specific market development.
• Combines a holistic understanding of sales activities and processes in maritime industry within propulsion sales, deep segment knowledge with a sharp commercial mindset, capable of structuring competitive yet profitable proposals and navigating complex requirements.
• Developing and maintaining the Energy Segment for ABB Marine Propulsion.
