- Lead the department to sell financial products and services in a specific business line, building and maintaining long‑term relationships with members and clients.
- Draw up and monitor a business plan that addresses priorities, challenges and objectives, ensuring sector performance and sound risk management.
- Manage employees, oversee skills development and ensure high‑quality service, serving as a coach and adviser to team members.
