Marina Operations Supervisor
to oversee daily marina operations and support a safe, efficient, and welcoming waterfront environment. This role is well suited to an experienced marine professional with strong leadership skills, operational awareness, and a commitment to guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily marina operations, including docks, moorage, fuel dock, and waterfront facilities Ensure safe vessel movement, proper mooring practices, and compliance with marina safety standards Supervise, train, and schedule marina staff; provide on-site leadership and direction Assist guests with docking, moorage, fueling, and marina-related inquiries Monitor weather and marine conditions and respond appropriately to changing conditions Conduct regular dock inspections and coordinate minor repairs and maintenance Enforce marina policies professionally and consistently Coordinate with r...
