Key Summary of the Position:
To oversee and support the electrical operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance activities of the assigned fleet/vessels while ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted functioning of all electrical and automation systems in accordance with company standards, statutory regulations, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Operations & Maintenance- Monitor and support vessel electrical systems including power generation, distribution, automation, navigation, communication, and control systems.
- Coordinate with vessel Chief Engineers and Electrical Officers for timely troubleshooting and rectification of electrical defects.
- Provide technical guidance for preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment onboard vessels.
