Marine Assurance Manager

Maersk Fleet Management and Technology is responsible for the ship management of all Maersk-owned container vessels. Operations are primarily based in Copenhagen, Singapore, and Mumbai.

We are looking for an experienced maritime professional to lead the Marine Assurance function across Maersk's owned fleet. As the Marine Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for driving the fleet's audit, quality assurance and compliance strategy, ensuring vessel operations consistently meet the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Leading a global team of Marine Assurance Superintendents (MAS) and Vessel Assurance Surveyors (VAS), you will strengthen governance, enhance audit effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the fleet.
